DESIGNER: LUCIDI AND PEVERE


Paolo Lucidi was born in 1974 to Udine; he has an artistic background and has worked as administrator shop assistant, labor worker and drawer. He graduated in Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Milan. After a short experience at the Piero Lissoni Design Studio, he collaborated with Marc Sadler for some years on a lot of projects for international companies, such as American Standard Europe and Salvatore Ferragamo. Luca Pevere was born in 1977 to Udine; he graduated in Industrial Design at the Polytechnic of Milan. His works combine both the aspects of qualities learned at the Clino Trini Castelli Studio (Mitsubishi, Hitachi) and the technical aspects learned at the studio of Marco Ferreri, who is considered the pragmatic successor of Bruno Munari (Zerodisegno, Magis). Lucidi and Pevere met at the university and began to work together in 2002. In 2006, they left Milan where they had lived for 11 years and established their own Studio in Udine, near Venice.
